The Eagles continued their magical ride through the 2018 state playoffs with a hard fought 14-7 victory on the road at Dacula. Northside got off to a quick 14-0 first quarter lead and controlled the game throughout. The Eagle D held the powerful Falcon rushing attack to only 19 net yards on 19 carries. Oliver Prater and Tubby McCall each had huge interceptions at critical points in the game for the Eagles. Northside now heads to the Atlanta area again but this time, the destination is the Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Tuesday, Dec 11 for a rematch with the defending AAAAAA state champion Lee Co. Trojans for the 2018 State Championship.
