Game Recap
The Eagles remained unbeaten (8-0) in their big intra-county rivalry series with the Houston County Bears Friday night with a 27-0 shutout victory. While the offense was hampered with penalties (10 for 75 yds), the Eagle defense controlled the game by containing the Bear rushing attack all night. Quarterback Jacobi Rodriguez scored two rushing touchdowns and threw for another to lead the Northside offense. The Eagles now have a short week to prepare for sub-region foe Hardaway Hawks of Columbus on Thursday night.
